  • Q: What happens after I reach out?
    After you contact me, I’ll follow up to briefly discuss what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a welcome email through SimplePractice with a link to your secure client portal. This is where you’ll complete intake forms, provide billing and insurance information, and access everything related to our sessions—including the video platform we’ll use.
  • Q: Do you only see clients in Illinois?
    Yes. Due to licensure laws, I can only work with clients who are physically located in Illinois during each session.
  • Q: Can I schedule online?
    I don’t offer direct online scheduling. Please reach out through the contact form, and I’ll respond within two business days to see if we’re a good fit before moving forward.
  • Q: Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
    I offer limited evening availability and occasional Saturday appointments—usually 1–2 times per month. Availability may vary, so feel free to ask during our initial conversation.
  • Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
    I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. Payment information is stored securely in your client portal on SimplePractice.
  • Q: How long are sessions, and how often will we meet?
    Sessions typically last between 50–60 minutes. Most clients meet with me once per week, but we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.
  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?
    I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 fee.
